A simple 3 tier cake with sugar rose flowers. I love how your eyes are just drawn to how beautiful and intricate the flowers are. Cake decorators spend a lot of time and effort on these flowers. It is now time to let them be the star and not just an accessory!

A simple cake with lace border and a few fondant flowers. Lace is quite trendy too. You don't have to always use white as the base colour. Be bold and use your theme colour as the base of the cake.

If you are getting some flowers from your florist, why not order 3 or 4 more stalks for your wedding cake decorator? The cake will be much cheaper if you provide your own flowers than for your cake decorator to make it for you. As I have mentioned before, sugar flowers are time consuming to make if you will like them to be beautiful. The less labour that goes into making your cake, the cheaper it will be.
